Tomislav Joksimovic

Tom is a U.S. lawyer, global litigator, and crisis manager advising companies and UHNW private clients, including their family offices and privately held businesses, in sensitive and high-stakes disputes worldwide.

Tom acts as both strategic counsel and, where appropriate, direct counsel before courts and enforcement authorities in the United States and abroad. He is frequently retained at the earliest stages of risk—often before formal proceedings are initiated—to assess exposure, shape strategy, and manage parallel legal, regulatory, and reputational threats. Where disputes become active, he aggressively advances and defends his clients’ interests in live proceedings, on both the plaintiff and defense side.

In addition to his years in private practice, Tom served as Global Head of Litigation and Investigations at an international Swiss private bank. He now draws on this corporate experience to advise clients strategically, including in high-value disputes and claims against financial institutions.
